No discovery call required for our productized tiers. Pay deposit, complete a short brief, and we ship.
Pick a productized tier and pay deposit, or book a 30-min discovery call for custom builds. No sales calls, no pressure.
Short intake form covers what we need: brand assets, copy direction, references. We send back a kickoff plan within 1 business day.
You see progress in a private staging URL throughout. Two design rounds, then we build on Astro/Next.js with modern best practices.
We launch and roll into your maintenance plan automatically. Sentinel watches the site 24/7 — patches, backups, uptime, security.
Five packages with fixed prices and clear timelines. No discovery call needed for tiers 1 and 2 — pay deposit, fill out a brief, we start. Tiers 3, 4, and 5 start with a 15-minute discovery call so we can scope right.
A focused one-page site for product launches, events, or single-service businesses.
5–7 page custom site with blog, analytics, and CMS — for established small businesses.
Shopify or custom Stripe storefront, up to 25 products, ready to take orders.
You (or another team) started a site or app and need someone to take it across the finish line. We audit, scope, and finish.
A mobile-first web app with auth, database, and Stripe billing. Feels like a native app on phones, runs in any browser, works on every device. (Need a true native iOS/Android binary? See our Mobile Lite/MVP/Pro tiers.)
Bigger or custom? Quote-only projects from $7K (custom web app) to $80K (full custom platform).
Every project includes:
After 60 days or for new features: $75 quick edit · $200 standard change · $150/hr feature work · or a Maintenance plan from $89/mo. Texas customers pay applicable sales tax on templated builds (T1–T4) and maintenance plans; custom development (T5, mobile, custom builds) is exempt when invoiced as custom programming.
Three maintenance tiers covering hosting, monitoring, security patches, and ongoing updates. Powered by Sentinel — uptime checks every 30 seconds, automatic security patching, real-time error tracking.
Keep the lights on. Required for any Lova-hosted site.
Active monitoring + 1 hour of updates each month.
For revenue-critical sites. 3 hours of work, 24/7 escalation.
Annual prepay · save 15% (≈ 2 months free)
Cancel anytime — the change reflects on your account within 3 business days. No long-term contract. Full policy →
Texas customers: prices shown before applicable sales tax (~6.6% on hosting & maintenance). Out-of-state customers pay no Texas sales tax.
After-launch edits, no plan? Every project includes 2 free revisions in the first 60 days. After that, quick edits start at $75, standard changes $200, new features $150/hr. Bugs are always fixed free.
You speak directly with the people writing the code — not an account manager, not a sales team, not a junior dev. Same hands every time.
Productized work ships in 1–8 weeks. Then we run the site for you — patches, backups, monitoring, fixes.
Astro, Next.js, Supabase, Tailwind. Your site won't need a ground-up rebuild in two years.
Lean overhead means we charge half what agencies do without sacrificing quality. The work is the same — the bill isn't.
Fixed prices on productized work. Milestone billing on custom. No agency jargon, no surprise charges.
Every site we host runs through Sentinel — our 24/7 monitoring stack. Hacks, downtime, and broken builds don't stand a chance.
Each project shipped on time, runs on Sentinel-monitored infrastructure, and is still in production today.
More portfolio in progress. Recent and current projects will land here as we ship them. Want to see specific examples? Mention it in your project intake and we'll send relevant case studies.
We're operators first, designers second. Every project ships on a published timeline, gets quiet ongoing care after launch, and stays accountable to the people who built it.
Most agencies are middlemen. Most freelancers disappear after launch. Lova is built differently — the team that builds your site stays accountable for keeping it running.
We work with US-based small and growing businesses across most industries — fintech, retail, SaaS, professional services, healthcare, education. Clarity about what we do (and don't) is part of how we keep our promises.
Native iOS/Android apps, AAA games, enterprise SAP/Oracle/Salesforce work, hardware/IoT firmware, blockchain protocols, and AI/ML research. We'll happily refer you to specialists for any of these.
Productized tiers are fixed-price packages with set deliverables — you can order them online without a discovery call. Custom builds are scoped on a 30-minute call and quoted with milestone payments. Most clients fit a productized tier; if you have unusual needs (multi-tenant, complex integrations, real-time features), we go custom.
Lean overhead. Agencies have account managers, project managers, sales teams, and offices — all billable to you. Lova is a tight team doing the work directly. Same code quality, fewer middlemen. The trade-off is we cap at a small number of active projects, so we won't take everyone.
For Lova-hosted sites, yes — Essential is required because we cover hosting and security through it. If you'd rather host the site yourself, we deliver it as a complete codebase you can deploy anywhere. We just don't do post-launch support without a maintenance plan in place.
Every project includes two free revision rounds within 60 days of delivery — text edits, image swaps, color tweaks, or sections that use existing components. After that (or for new features at any time), edits are billed at our post-delivery rate: $75 for quick changes, $200 for standard updates (1–2 hours of work), or $150/hr for new features. Bugs from the original delivery are always fixed at no charge. Or skip the per-edit billing and put your site on a Maintenance plan — your monthly hours apply to revision requests automatically.
Stripe Tax computes sales tax automatically at checkout based on your billing address and Lova's registered jurisdictions. Texas customers pay TX sales tax on templated builds (T1, T2, T3, T4) and on maintenance plans, per Texas Comptroller rules. Custom software development (T5 Mobile App Starter, native mobile builds, custom builds) is exempt when invoiced as custom programming. Out-of-state customers pay no Texas sales tax. The SOW shows the pre-tax headline price; Stripe Checkout shows the final tax line and total before you pay.
Yes. Cancel anytime, no notice period required — your account reflects the change within 3 business days. No refunds for partial months already paid. Annual prepay plans auto-renew with a 30-day reminder email; cancel before renewal for a clean term-end stop, or mid-term for a pro-rata refund of unused months (less a $50 processing fee). Full policy at /refund-policy.
You own your code. We hand over the full repository, deploy instructions, environment variables, and a 30-minute walkthrough call. You can self-host on Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or anywhere else — your site keeps running. We just step back from monitoring, patches, and support. You can always re-engage on a per-edit basis at our post-delivery rate.
Sentinel — our monitoring system — notices in under 30 seconds. For Active and Managed clients, automated failover triggers immediately. Managed clients also get SMS escalation to Ray's phone for critical incidents. Most issues are resolved before clients even notice.
Yes — Lova is a Texas LLC serving US-based businesses. This keeps our legal, tax, and timezone overhead low so we can pass those savings to you. If you're outside the US, we recommend a regional studio that understands your tax and privacy framework.
Astro for marketing sites. Next.js for web apps. Supabase for databases and auth. Tailwind CSS throughout. Stripe for payments. Cloudflare for DNS. All modern, all maintained, all unlikely to need a ground-up rebuild in 2–3 years.
Always. After you submit the intake form for any productized tier (T1–T5), we'll send you straight to a Statement of Work to review — scope, timeline, payment schedule, acceptance criteria, the whole thing in plain English. You sign by typing your full legal name (legally binding under the ESIGN Act and Texas UETA), then you're sent to Stripe to pay the deposit. Custom builds get a full Master Services Agreement reviewed by email instead. Either way: no first dollar moves until you've read and agreed to the terms.
Tell us what you're building. We'll send a quote within 3 business days, or set up a 30-minute call if your project needs more discovery.
