How are fixed prices possible when other agencies charge hourly? +
Lean overhead. Most agencies bill $75–$200 an hour and pad estimates because every hour comes off their margin. We productize the common scope (a single-page site, a business site, an online store), agree the deliverables in a written Statement of Work, and quote one number. If the work runs long, that's our problem — not your invoice.
What if my project needs more than a tier covers? +
If a productized tier doesn't fit — multi-tenant, complex integrations, real-time features — we scope it as a Custom Build starting at $6,000, quote-only on a 30-minute call. Most clients fit a productized tier; the ones who don't get a fixed-scope custom quote with milestone payments, no hourly billing.
What does the $39/mo care plan include if Lova hosts my site? +
Hosting, SSL, DNS, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and a monthly health report. Cancel anytime; take the code and self-host anywhere if you prefer. Heavier plans ($89, $189, $399) add more revision hours, faster response SLAs, and 24/7 monitoring with on-call escalation.
What happens if I want changes after launch? +
Every project includes two free revision rounds within 60 days of delivery. After that, per-edit billing is $75 (quick changes) or $200 (1–2 hours of work), or you put the site on a care plan and the monthly hours roll into revision requests. Bugs from the original delivery are fixed free, for life.
Do you have a money-back guarantee? +
Before kickoff: full deposit refund (less a $50 admin fee) within 48 hours of order. After kickoff: pro-rated against work completed, full policy at /refund-policy. Bugs from our original delivery are fixed free, and every project carries a lifetime warranty on those bugs.
Do you charge sales tax on top of these prices? +
Where it applies. Stripe Tax computes the exact rate at checkout from your billing address — Texas customers pay TX sales tax on T1–T4 + care plans (Texas Comptroller rules); custom software is exempt as custom programming; out-of-state customers pay no Texas sales tax. The SOW shows the pre-tax headline price and Stripe Checkout shows the final tax line before you pay.
